Cocklebur herb
This plant contains iodine. For the treatment of thyroiditis, it is better to use cocklebur in the form of homemade oil. Milk thistle meal for thyroiditis should be taken in a teaspoon three times a day, half an hour before meals. The course of treatment is a month, after which you need to take a break for 2-3 weeks and, if desired, start the treatment of thyroiditis again.
Pears and apples
The seeds of these fruits contain a large amount of antioxidants, as well as iodine and selenium, which are useful for inflammation of the thyroid gland. However, it is contraindicated to include them in the diet for thyroiditis, since pears and apples contain a large amount of sugar. Therefore, the best solution would be to cook compote from still green fruits and drink it 3 times a day in a glass. You can also consume twice a day, a serving of seeds from one apple or pear.
Juices from carrots, beets, cabbage
